MTSC's slew of services includes investment property brokerage, leasing, asset management and development consulting.  For those properties MSTC offers to investors on a co-ownership basis, MSTC internally manages the entire real estate investment cycle from acquisition, financing, asset management and repositioning to disposition.

Acquisitions. MSTC’s focus is the acquisition of core/core plus, value-add and opportunistic real estate assets that yield exceptional returns for its investors. MSTC constantly monitors current market conditions to take advantage of those unique opportunities presented in otherwise challenging times or conditions.

Financing. MSTC works with leading national lending institutions and brokerage houses to obtain acquisition financing.  Leveraging its relationships and the experience and expertise of its team members, MSTC has successfully secured bank, life insurance and conduit financing.  In certain circumstances, MSTC has also assumed existing in-place financing and purchased properties on an all-cash basis.

Asset Management. Upon closing a transaction, MSTC works aggressively to reposition an acquisition target and to create value.  In certain situations, MSTC engages local property managers that are leaders in their local markets to manage the day-to-day affairs of a particular property.  Concurrently, MSTC assigns a member of its in-house asset management group to oversee asset management and repositioning duties.  The MSTC asset management team consists of team members with a diverse range of backgrounds such as business, economics, law, tax and, of course, real estate.  Our asset management strategies derive strength from this multi-disciplinary approach.

Disposition. MSTC constantly monitors current market conditions so that it can assess the ideal conditions under which to dispose of an asset.  MSTC actively works with the brokerage community by listing its properties for sale with outside brokers.  MSTC protects its broker relationships.
